Do you have an authorised store?
Yes we do. We have an authorised store which you are welcome to visit at 37 Jeays St, Bowen Hills, Brisbane , Australia at any time. You will notice our passion for ORIS and the fact that all staff actually...wear ORIS.

Are all watches in stock?
We have a great range of ORIS which changes almost daily. If you place an online order we will confirm whether the ORIS you are seeking is in-stock within 6-24 hrs. If the watch is not in stock we will advise you the approximate time it will take to get in. We will provide you with the option to backorder the ORIS (one day to six weeks). AT NO TIME will we charge your credit card until the watch is packed and ready to be shipped. We encourage you to contact us prior to purchase to discuss your choice.

Is the ORIS International Two year warranty valid?
Yes it is. We will complete your ORIS Warranty documentation prior to shipment. The warranty comes complete with an ORIS Service Centre booklet which details the location of ORIS Service centers around the world.

Are all watches displayed new with original box and papers?
Absolutely.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
The purchaser is always responsible for local duties and taxes. In the majority of cases no duties or taxes are payable. If you would like further clarification, just drop us an e-mail.

How do you ship?
We only use the finest door to door courier services.The moment the parcel is collected by the couriers, we e-mail you the tracking number and tracking website. Your parcel is fully insured.

What are your shipping costs?
We will add the appropriate shipping costs to your order. Shipping costs are capped at a maximum of $30 USD.

Are you negotiable on price?
We will price match any authorised dealer in the world.

What if I have a problem with my ORIS?
This is a rare occurrence but do not suffer in silence. LET US KNOW regardless if your ORIS is in warranty or out of warranty. In the vast majority of cases we can work out a solution. Remember you are our prime focus.

Can you fit my ORIS?
Sure we can. Let us know your wrist size and we will adjust your bracelet accordingly. We will include any excess pins and links within your shipment. We do not adjust rubber straps as they are less forgiving if a mistake is made. You will need to visit a jeweler for a correct fit.

Do you sell additional ORIS Metal Bracelets, Leather or Rubber Straps?
This service (when stock is available) is restricted to existing member clients and new purchasers.

I've created an account and can't remember my password, can you send me a new one?

Here's how -
Create a Safe List for incoming messages
To ensure that messages from specific e-mail addresses are not sent to your Junk E-Mail folder, you can add them to your Safe List.
Click Options.
On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk E-Mail Protection.
Click Safe List.
Type an address or domain (a domain is the part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign) from which you always want to receive messages, and then click Add.

AOL users
AOL has recently instigated a strict new policy of only allowing emails to AOL accounts from people on your email whitelist.

Outlook / Outlook Express users
Please consult your software help files to add the website address to your whitelist.
You can then request a new password from the Lost Password link on the website.
Drop your username and email address into the form and the site will generate a new one.
