1. Design/Style 8/10 (taking into account its function).
When it comes to design this watch I believe is punching well above its weight. Solid, chunky, robust are all strong adjective used to describe this watch. The styling has been strongly influenced by the world of Formula One and their official partners Williams F1. This mechanical feel is a real of appeal with this watch it almost looks like it has come straight from the Williams garage. It is a small complaint but the lack of a second hand does bug me a little and I believe it reduces the appeal of the watch.

2. Function 8/10 (does it meet the standards as a dress, sports dress, diver etc).
As a motor sport watch this has the exact feel of motor sport. Well maybe not exactly the same feel but very close. The ribs on the back of the case, the hex-head screws holding the case and the strap together, all bring that feel of motor sport to the watch. I believe that the guys Williams would be proud to wear this watch. The only addition I believe would be a Williams F1 logo somewhere on the watch, possibly the rotor.

3. Value 9/10 (in comparison to the ORIS range and mechanical watch competitors)
For a chronograph this fantastic value, when you compare this watch to other chronographs using the same ETA7750 movement this watch stands very well against them. The addition of being associated with the Williams F1 team also adds to the value of the watch. Watches from other brands sell for two to three times the price of this fantastic model.

Overall Score 25/30

It's funny, I sometimes miss sticky posts because I scroll straight down to the new posts tongue.gif Great mini review Smithy, I really like this range and the previous TT2 line up. My one gripe however, is the lack of running seconds. I know some members will say you'll get used to it, but it's something I just have to see. I would also like to see a day-date window, like the 3 hand model and also the same as the Webber LE.

I really hope we get another Williams LE in this range. I'm gutted that I wasn't in a position to buy any of the old LEs when they were first available. The TT1, Lefty and Webber were imo some of the best Oris designs.

I was lucky enough to get the Lefty and the Webber and still love them both.

0. This is 99,99% perfect watch which included in my wish list! love.gif
Need I say more?! biggrin.gif

1. Design/Style 9/10 (taking into account its function).
I think that the day/date window could be more narrow on its left side to hide two other days which are seen partly.
The new case design seems a bit thiner than the old one.
I loved these big bevels at 3 and 9 hours on the case back of the previous generation.
Another thing I would left as it was designed before is the shape of the lugs.

2. Function 9/10 (does it meet the standards as a dress, sports dress, diver etc).
I'd prefer to have the small seconds at 9.

3. Value 10/10 (in comparison to the ORIS range and mechanical watch competitors)
Read number 0. wink.gif

Overall Score 28/30
