If the watch you are seeking is not in stock we will advise you the approximate time it will take to get in. We will provide you with the option to backorder the ORIS (one day to six weeks).

You must be a registered member of the Friends of Oris Forum to purchase a watch from our online store. If you are not already a member, we will register you automatically as part of the ordering process.

AT NO TIME will we charge your credit card until the watch is ready to ship to you. Payment is only available by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

The ORIS International Two year warranty is valid with all watches sold through Friends of Oris. All ORIS Warranty documentation will be completed prior to shipment. The warranty comes with an ORIS Service Centre booklet which details the location of ORIS Service centres around the world. All watches are shipped and displayed in original boxes.

Returns are only available if the watch is faulty upon delivery. Please choose carefully!

The purchaser is always responsible for local duties and taxes that may occur with receiving a product from overseas.

All purchases are shipped via the door to door courier services. The moment the parcel is collected by the couriers, we e-mail you the tracking number and tracking website. Your parcel is fully insured.
